Where do I start? Right now,my son Jake ebbs and flows with extremely emotion...deep sobbing, saying , "it will be ok" and "I is so sorrow". He also keeps assuring me I am ok, I will be safe.Seems like every 3-6 months he cycles through an intense time. I have pictures of him 'healing' other kids. He loves stones and crystals. I personally have always loves stones { like river rock}, and only came to love crystals since giving birth to him.

Jake is labeled Autistic and @ this point would be considered high functioning {whatever!}. He was nonverbal until almost 4yrs old. These past few months he is writing, starting to read and draws {at times, very interesting} things.

So I will say it again...Is there anyone out there that 'gets' this?

Welcome to the group.  We've been a quiet group lately. Sounds like you are parenting a sensitive soul, with his deep sensitivity and interest in crystals and rocks.  What kind of things has he been drawing?

I definitely "get" what you are saying. My boy is also sensitive to emotions (his and others), and he loves rocks and crystals and objects from nature as well.

He recently started drawing different images...mostly hands with spiral/spots strategically placed..like finger tips and what would be center of the palm, also clouds. Others drawings seems more abstract, but all have these spiral spots.

I do find that much of the time he mirrors what I may be working on myself...like fears etc.

Hi Therese:  Pretty amazing drawings.  I love drawing spirals too!  Most all of my intuitive drawings have spirals.

Yep -- I think that's the challenging part of raising sensitive kids -- the fact that they mirror our own stuff.  It can get very uncomfortable when DH and I are not in a good space as things get to be so magnified and intense.

I agree, it gets intense when we are not in good space too....which is what lead me to this group. I knew I was not the only parent out there experiencing what I experience. There is a comfort in knowing that, thanks for the connection!

I can so relate! My daughter Nova Starr is a crystal..and she seems to reflect and magnify all experience good and bad energetically to her surroundings.  There have been quite a few times we have not "been in a good space" and she definitely amplifies that stuff...she is such a sweet sensitive soul--Like your beautiful son Therese--she is always asking if everyone is alright + OK and seems deeply concerned and affected by the welfare of others.  She loves crystals as well---I do energy work + clairvoyant work --so I attuned her to Reiki (She's a Reiki level 2 ) and she heals and does REiki on everything and everyone, especially if they are hurt.  I have had some problems with her being highly sensitive to foods...How about the rest of you?  Nova has a gluten intolerence--usually prefers not to eat meat--and seems to not do well with any sort of processed foods--they effect their behavior dramatically. 

I also know she has been communicating with spirits for sometime-since she was a baby-- 

Therese I definitely don't feel like your son is Autistic!!!!!!  Doreen Virtue Phd has written some great books about cystal children, and touches on how much they are wrongly dianosed with autism!

I like to lok at it like this--Autistics don't connect--and crystals are DEEPLY connected--they usually start talking later.  Oh everyone told me something was "wrong" with Nova..because she didn't "like" certain people (usually real negative energy people ) and because she was so late talking...it was hard to translate to everyone--how much we were speaking telepathically!!! (we've talked this way since she was about one)  She communicates in other ways, just like your son...

I feel like when he is cycling he is picking up on the earth's energies..these are times for great transformation, deep healing on the collective level, and there has been so much that has happened to the earth these past few years..I feel like he is very gifted in a psychic way...and he is especially connected to elemental/earth energies...Maybe getting him some stones that he can carry on him to shield off his highly sensitive energy...Obsidian - Black Tourmaline- Black Jasper--are all very effective--he can carry several pieces in his pocket--and it will help him to still feel--but not internalize all those nasty outside energies : )

Very very special little beings they are : )  I wouldn't consider them abnormal --they are extra-sensory --very special little children -with amazing gifts that we can't even fully comprehend--

Doing energy work--I know for a fact that their auras are crystalline--different than any other Auras on planet earth-  Their highly compacted molecular/energetic structure makes them look as if they are like crystals--they are of such high frequency that they look like tiny little fractals of light reflecting off and going in all directions--and their energy bodies are at least 10-20 times the size of ours--which --I'm a REiki Master-and my energy body is very big and vibrant and healthy---and my daughters is still 2-3 times the size of mine!  (Energy Body= perception + psychic awareness)

I swear there has been a few times where my daughter has preformed telekinesis...

All I'm saying that these kids--are far more magical then we can even wrap our minds around--and their is nothing at all that needs to be treated or considered pathological ------I think it's our Human Evolution in process if you ask me : )

Hi Leah:  I'm a Reiki Master as well, and also attuned my son to Reiki  when he was 3.5 years old.  And he's also highly sensitive to foods as well.  Very sensitive to foods.

Yes, I do believe that the new children are part of the shift / ascension. And yes, I've definitely been going through lots of shifts myself!  And very intense lessons.  Yes, yes, and yes!!!

I believe our sensitive kids are here to raise our consciousness. And indeed they have! I also believe we are all  { no one excluded} a part of the ascension/shift. Jake is my barometer to many changes that  are to come....sometimes I am the barometer...either way we are always a step ot two ahead of most when it comes to shifts, especially weather and or energy surges. We both speak light language too.
