I'm new to Raising them, and faiirly new to the wonderful world of single parenting.  I became a single mom last fall, and was divorced this spring.  Only a few of my friends have kiddos, and none of them are parenting alone.  I'd like to meet other solo moms and dads that I can relate to, so I'm hoping that this is the place to do it!  From what I gather, this is kind of like a "myspace" or "facebook" for single parents in the area, so I'm hoping to meet new friends for both myself and my little boy.
