Separation Anxiety??

Hello...I'm in some need for advise about my 2 year old daughter Sienna. Let me start by explaining that me and her father are divorced...however he sees her everyday. She has been attending daycare fulltime for about 3 months. Her father drops her off and picks her up in the afternoon. She is there full time. In the beginning she had a hard time with drop offs in the morning, but has since become great with it. She goes in and she is off to play.

This past week however, she has started to behave differently. I actualy got a call today that she would not stop crying and this has been going on ALL WEEK! I took her in to the Dr. today to be certain nothing is wrong and she is perfectly fine physically. She is teething and gets motrin at night before bed. She is expecting canines and molars, but she sleeps through the night every night which makes me think this can't be the problem during the day, as I know teething would be more bothersome at night time. She also has just cut 2 lower canines and had no problems with those.

I am not sure how to handle this. Could this be separation anxiety? Is there something I can do to make it easier for her at daycare? I am at my wits end. I figured I would try some motrin with her before she leaves tomorrow morning to see if that makes any difference and maybe that will tell me if it is teething. Any advice is welcomed.

Thanks

Sandy
