Hey Asheli!!  Yeah, you're right... none of the groups seem active.  Have you been on meetup.com?  I joined a couple of the groups on there, but a lot of the moms are in their late 30's... and since I'm 23, sometimes it's a little hard to relate.

Yes, I have actually joined a couple of meetup groups and I will agree with you there. Have you been to the Chinn library? They have a reallly great section for kids. We went and joined a couple of weeks ago.

I joined the "laid back momma's of Woodbridge", and "Prince William Co SAHM" on meetup.com.  I've only been to one of the playdates which was yesterday... I was like a fish out of water! haha

Where did you move from?  My husband and I are both from Baltimore... but we've been down in Southern VA since 2006 until now. 

Haha yep I am a member of the laid back mommas and attended one of their meetups at Andrew Leitch Park and while it's great to meet people the experience is awkward -- to say the very least

We moved here from Reading, PA but before we moved to Woodbridge we lived in Alexandria. (totally different scene up there)

Do you know are any of the playgroups on this site active?? It seems totally dead if you ask me.
