Need homeschool advice

I am new to this group.  I am considering homeschooling my child who is now 3 years old.  I have been doing a lot of research on homeschooling and I was suggested to join a support group.  Anyone please feel free to give me advice anytime.  I am having a hard time deciding what to do.  My daughter is very attached to me and can't stand for me to be out of her sight.  I am already a stay at home mom, so it wouldn't be a problem to homeschool her.  The only thing I worry about is her not getting to be around other children.  I am trying to look into support group playdates in my area.  Also, high school work may be a little hard even for me to help her with.  I couldn't imagine sending her to high school after being at home with me all those years.  Thanks for any advice!

Hi Amy.

I have a daughter who is almost 3. I have a ton of blogs that I follow for ideas. Our daughter is very shy, I understand.

When I started looking into home school I realized that I was already teaching her. There are so many fun things that you can :o) As for later years.. you can cross that bridge when you get to it. My though process is.. if I can give our kids a firm grasp and a leg up.. then they will be better prepared if they shoudl go to school later.

If you go to my blog, you can follow the link buttons on the right hand side to see some of the thigns that I'm talking about.
