Hello!

I am a mother of an 8 month old girl. So far I have been so involved in adjusting my life to a newborn and beyond and the transition from working full time to being an at-home Mom, but now I am looking to network with other mothers in the area who like to walk, have babies my daughter's age, and are close by. If not, I look forward to chatting with other mothers online.

I don't have kids your age but have some good resources for connecting.  First the moms club is great (it has a $25 yearly fee but lots of benefits)and many baies in that group as well as lots of activities and even mom's night out.

Also they close in summer, but Tiny tots indoor playground is a great place to play for kids up to age 5. (mostly littler ones though) and is open sept-june.  It is 90a yr and you have a few minor jobs to maintain membership.  We have met lots of friends there.

Lastly, baby storytime at the Eugene library is really fun and a great for you to hang out and meet moms and for the babies to have fun.
