I have been a memebr on here for a year and have yet to see a playdate set. (It could just be b/c I am clueless as to where to find the info ). I was wondering with the weather really warming up if a trip to a shaded park could be a great way for those who are still interested in meeting new friends and their children to start. Waiting to see the feedback and I would not mind heading it up!

Hi! I just joined this group today and I would be interested in play dates. My son is pretty young (3 months) but I would still love to get him out of the house and socialize him as well as do a little socializing myself. So sign me up :)

I know we are no help for right now, but we are going to be relocating to Mobile by Nov 1st and we are looking for new friends  :)  I have an almost 3 year old little boy and I am a stay at home mom with a small sewing business on the side.  We come to Mobile alot to visit family and will be down there a lot trying to find a place to live.  Would love to get together and meet some new friends.

I have no idea where the medal of honor park is?  Could you send me some directions?  the only park I know of and I have no idea what the name of the park is but it is on Old Shell Road.  It is a really nice park.  Where are all of you coming from?  We will be in midtown area.  We can do Tues the 5th just need to know where.  Yeah I am glad we got the ball rolling.  Look forward to meeting all of you

For some reason I'm not getting email updates when something is posted on here.  So sorry I have not posted earlier.  :)  Unfortunately Tuesday both of my girls are in school.  I can still come, but will not have them with me.  Or on Wednesday I will have Kristen, my 2 year old and we will be right there by the Medal of Honor Park at her gymnastics class.  But if you can all only do Tuesday that is fine too.  Just let me know!  :)

Great Lindy, Thanks that is pretty close to where we will be living come Oct 18th.  We will be staying at my parents house next week in midtown.  We are good Tues or Wed or both.  Just let me know when and where and we will be there.  I'm excited to meet some new friends.  I sound like such a loser!!!!

We will try to be there at 10 but sometimes Coop doesn't go to sleep until 9:30 for his morning nap. We will just have to play it by ear! I really hope he takes an early nap so we can get out and meet other people!

Sara- That sounds great! Our best times to get out of the house are 11:30-2 and 4-5. I can always wake him up a little early as long as he can at least get an hour nap. Otherwise we are cranky all day long! You said you live in West Mobile, right? What part?? Maybe we can meet on this side of town!

hey yall! I'm so sorry about not getting together. Cooper did not sleep at all and had a fever. I took him to the doctor and his white blood counts were super duper high so they made us go get chest xrays and a strep test... luckily both came back negative! Anyways... I didn't want to get any other munchkins sick but I hope yall had fun!

I just signed up, I see that all of these posts are from quite a while ago so I don't know if this group is actually active any more, but I just moved to West Mobile area from Detroit Metro area in MI.
