i need a nutrition chart

hello ladies how are you today? I just started my diet about three days ago. Now I am willing to losing some babay fat and some love handles too. i can do the workout, but i need some help on some ways of eating. I need some help. What I caneat in the morning lunch and dinner. Do I eat after i work out or before? Can anyone help me out?

I thank God that I lost a lot of weight naturally after giving birth to my twins.  I did not follow any strict diet nor exercise.  Just enjoy eating normal food that is healthy.  I dont have a nutrition chart to loose weight.  When I was a plump teenage girl, I just follow simple principles such as do not eat after 8 pm, do not eat anything that is white in colour like sugar, flour, rice etc.  For exercise, climbing up the staircase is the best and fastest way to loose weight.  I remember when I was a young teenage, I was so amazed to see a very fat lady lost her weight just by running up and down the staircase in her house!  As she loves eating, she just eat what is good for her.  She looks beautiful and healthy. This story was found in the famous "People Magazine" in the 1980's.   Just follow your heart and mind as what is good for you.  Hope you achieve your desire.
