Hi I am a 31-yr. old single mother of one little girl who is almost 2.  I work full-time out of necessity and my daughter is with relatives all day and never around other children so I am looking for a playgroup for her/us.  I hate spending so much time away from her and feel guilty about it during the week.   I would love to hear from other working moms and how you cope… or any parent who wants to get together on weekends.

It looks like some people here were trying to get a playgroup started last summer but no one has posted in a long time.  Is anyone still interested?  Would anyone like to do something this Saturday?  Park if it is nice, or maybe a storytime at one of the bookstores?  Please let me know.  We want to go to all the parks this summer and would love to find others interested in that.
