Taking medicine
Just for future use do any of u moms find it difficult (unlike when there were infants and it was easy) to give your child say fever medicine in the dropper or cup thingy. My son the last time he was sick it was sooooooooo hard to get him to talke it i had to hide it in some gerber fruit ..any suggestions ?? he is 2 1/2

I have to hold my 2 yr old down on the floor sometimes to get her to take medicine. If you resort to that remember to lay him down with his arms above his head, pressing elbows to ears. It keeps them from hitting you and turning their head. I know you probably don't want to hold him down. The move I described was taught to me by a doctor and it doesn't hurt nothing but their pride, they hate being confined.
