Hello again!

Hi everyone....Nicolas and I really enjoyed ourselves at the gym, but haven't been able to make it back since....between being sick, a few trips out of town, and naptime (or lack there of!)

Just wondering....Nicolas is 4 months now, should he have a nap schedule yet?? Can't seem to make it work...and sometimes he'll go almost all day without a single nap!! Any suggestions??

hey Katie, we were all in the same boat as well, with everyone being sick and out of town and things like that.  I hope you guys are feeling better though.  To answer your question, i think each kid is different, Cole use to be on a exact nap at 11 and than another at 4 while Sophia i am not that lucky, she goes sometimes with just a few 10 minute naps a day, and than sometime a 3 hour one.  She use to be on one at 3 everyday but i find she is more tired earlier now and if she doesn't get a nap in then she just fights it all day.  i would try to just set a time that is good with both of you and do the same thing every day to get him in a routine of napping at that specific time.  is he sleeping through the night yet?  Hope this helps a little.

Yes! We're both much better, thank you.

Thank you for the advice...He WAS sleeping through the night, until he got sick and now he's back to waking up once or twice before getting up at 5:30! Funny enough, he has been taking lots of naps this week and a much happier baby because of it! I guess he's still trying to figure out his own sleep pattern. He'll be going to a sitter's starting on Monday for a few hours each day, so I'm hoping that will help to get him on a schedule.

Thanks again for the advice, and hope all is well with your little ones.
