Need Social Circle for my 3 year old

My name is Pema, and I am mother of beautiful 3 year old girl. We just moved to TLH area few months back and donot have good social circle with kids her age group. We found this group on internet and thought maybe she could find some company here. Also, she was diagnosed with preliminary Autism, but we haven't had a chance to do a formal assessment. Does anyone know a doctor (pediatric psychologist) who would do such an assessment?? Response will be greatly appreciated.
