I am new to the area, just moved from St. Louis, MO.  We moved here to be with my boyfriend/son's dad.  He is active duty Navy.  I am a full time nursing faculty at Oklahoma City University.  We have no family here and have not had a chance to meet anyone yet.  My son is use to having friends to play with and me to have adult conversations.  I am looking for support and socilization.

Hi Alicia, I'm Heather too... :D  but I'm from S. OKC.  I've found lots of folks on Meetup.com as well... there's an attachment parenting group thats pretty great, and Luna Moms (BOTH Heathers are on that one!) and a group called 'My Husband is my only friend' -the list is almost endless!  Good luck, and feel free to let me know if you'd like to get together sometime!
