that really stinks my dear that you have to go through this! During the first twelve weeks of my pregnancy i just concluded that nope.. i wasnt going to get to eat and keep down anything. So this was how my day went... before you go to bed put saltines and a water bottle by your bed and eat some before you even put a foot on the ground in the morning when you wake up!! Throughout the day saltines and toast were about all i could stand. Make sure you're taking your prenatals so your LO is getting the nutrients he/she needs! If the sickness doesnt clear up in the next month to six weeks consult your O.B to see what they say. Also, have you tried drinking some ensure? Hope this helps some! Know, you're very much not alone! Good luck to ya!

Try drinking a little bit of aloe vera juice every day.  I used it when i was pregnant and it totally wiped out my nausea and vomiting.  The hormones your body is producing right now slow your digestive system down and stomach acid gets into your esophagus.  The aloe vera juice helps to soothe the esophagus and tummy.  You only need a couple of ounces a day.  It tastes gross but it is really worth a try.  I used to take it in the morning and again during the day if i felt sick again.  You can get it at any health food store or even a Raleys supermaket.  Good luck.
