Hello ALl Mamas! I have started a Mommy and Me dance class at Synergy Yoga and welcome everyone to come and play!!! Ballet basics, skips, hops, jumps and more! Wednesdays 10 AM 3152 Old Shell ROad Mobile, AL (across from Phillips school). And if that time or day does not work with your schedule, but would like to participate, just let me know, and I will see if I can do another day/time!!!
