Lori it can be extremely frustrating and hopeless at times, but it sounds like you are doing what you can just to get through which is all anyone can do. Sounds like you are a wonderful mother and that is the main thing that is going to help your 10 year old. :0) What is her name?? My son hates tags and only soft things, so I am not sure what your daughter prefers? You say dive suit? Does she only like wearing the dive suit? May be that she likes the tightness against her body because it calms her and the feel of the material. My sensory therapist made a spandex vest for my son and it has velcro on it, so he wears that to give him to compact feeling that calms him down and he cannot get it off.
