| This blows....what's the point of having a chat option if it doesn't work? Does anyone know if there is a place where we could report this and maybe they'll fix it? |

| well girls i guess i will say goodnight. i need to go blow dry my hair. i had a rough day today with my daughter. i reckon she is teething again but this is the worst it has been. i think because now her teeth are coming in between other teeth and are squeezing thru. |

Hi Guys,
I am sooooooooo sorry for what happened today... I really don't know what to say.
This chat was working really well last week when we launched it, I tried it with a few friends, but tonight, something was definitively wrong.
I have sent a message to our tech guru but it's Friday night and... well.. he does not have kids so he's out somewhere...:-)
We'll work on it as soon as we can and I will post back when this mess if fixed...
My most sincere apologies to everybody who was looking forward to this chat session
