You can attend Stroller Cardio any day or time that we offer and works for you.  I have a Monday and Wednesday class from 9-10 and another Monday/Wednesday class at 4-5pm.  We meet at the playground at El Dorado Park and would love to have you.  We do move around the park while exercising, so you will need a stroller for the little ones.  The older ones can follow along on foot or on bike.  This class is will be cancelled the week of Thanksgiving (just a heads up).  The class fee is normally $15/class but we have a holiday discount for 10/class! Wear running shoes, and always RSVP via email prior to each class so I can prepare a snack for the little ones.  Let me know if you are interested:) The classes are very small and you will get a lot of individual attention- bring water!
