I am a SAHM of a beautiful 15-month-old girl.  We live in Dallastown, PA.  I am new to the "Raising Them" network and obviously new to this group so I am looking forward to meeting some folks.  It has really been weighing on me to seek out some "Christian" fellowship, friendship and support and I am really excited to see what this group has to offer...and what I have to offer this group : )

I have 2 girls, Madison and Brooklyn (2.5y and 15m) and am expecting my third baby in Feb.!

Dallastown is near York.  Do you know where York is?  We are really close to the MD line...about 1/2 an hour.  I have been to Allentown.  My husband and I have friends that used to live there.  Have you always lived in that area?

Anyway, cute names!  My daughter's name is Sophie.  You must have your hands full!  Do you know if you are having a boy or a girl?  Hoping for a boy?  : )

I am actually glad to FINALLY hear from someone.  I have sent an email or two, have joined a few groups, and have posted a couple of Hellos...but you are the first to respond.  Do you enjoy the website?

Sorry it's taken a bit for me to get back to you. I actually just got out of the hospital with pneumonia.  not a fun experience!

I do know where York is. I've not lived here very long although I was born about 30 minutes from here! I moved 5 years ago from Arkansas, I moved to Arkansas in '97 from S. Jersey where I did most of my growing up years.

Yes, my hands are full but my cup runneth over, so to speak! My girls are so good and enjoy playing with each other that I'm actually able to get stuff done during the day while they're awake which is so nice :-)

I do know what the sex of this next baby is but am waiting to say. My husband didn't find out and since I have close friends on this site I'll keep it to myself.  A boy would be nice- poor hubby is so desperate for one, plus if it is maybe I can convince hubby that 3 kids is enough. But a girl- well, I'm well versed in how to handle a girl so I wouldn't mind a third; although this means we'll have to try one last time for a boy...

I do enjoy the website. A group of friends and I joined, started our own 'club' but really just use it for the message boards. We were sending so many emails and it was getting confusing b/c this person would reply to that persons reply but that person replied to a different persons reply, etc. This way it's all right there and no more crazy emails to keep up with. I'm in this 'club' and also "raising girls' but haven't done much with either one. Most people don't seem to say much on the boards or anything like that.
