I'm not really a Springfield mommy because I live in Kettering.  But I was looking for a local group and found this.  So, hopefully this is ok!!!!  :p 

Sounds great, I am also looking for a local group so I just created this. I have a little one that was born in may. How old is your little one?

She was born in April so about 6 and a half months.  Her name is Lucy and she's crazy little kid! :)

sounds great. They are close in age then, Adyn was born in May. I am 28 yrs old and I live in springfield so thats not too far away. Maybe we can find a few more mommies around here and all get together. So what kind of baby food does Lucy like? Adyn loves bananas and sweet pots.

I'm 27 years old and just moved to the area about a year and a half ago. I'm originally from South Haven, Michigan (I'm neutral when it comes to football teams- just for the record  ;))

  Lucy doesn't really like carrots.  Sweet potatoes were ok, but she seems to really like squash, which I thought she would be her least fav.  She tries to sit up on her own, but after about 5 seconds she keels over.  We're still working on that.  :P 

Is Adyn teething?  I THINK Lucy is because she's cranky for no reason at times.  I don't know.  I've been using baby oragel (sp?).  It seems to make her feel better.  But it's on and off for a couple of months now.  We're still waiting on that tooth.  No sign of it.
