Hi moms,im 42,a loving wife and a sahm to a teen and tween.I have been at home for over 10 years now.I feel that the kids still need me at home.I never thought id be at home still.Do any of you ever contemplate what youll do when the kids get school age and beyond?

Hi Toni,

I have a 4 1/2 yr old and a 3 mo old.... I am a recent SAHM and I had thought about what I would do when they get to school age.  I think that I would love to work "mother's hours" while they are in school.  I look forward to being around after they get out to help with homework,sports, whatever comes our way.

Hi Melissa,I always thought that would be my plan too.The problem now is ive been out of work so long...its hard to get hired(lol)...cant win:)
