Hello Everyone,

I just wanted to introduce myself to the group.  I am a mother of two and desperately looking to meet other moms and also hope to find a play group for my son who is almost 2.  I'd love to meet everyone, or at least just chat electronically with other moms.  I especially want to chat with you moms with a two year old!  "Terrible twos" is no myth.  I'd love some advice or just comfort to know that there are others in the same boat as me!  I hope to chat soon...  Melody

My name is Beth.  I am also a mom of two.  I have two boys ages 11 and 3.  I hear you on the whole "Terrible twos."  You are not alone on that one.  There are days when I think climbing Everest would be an easier task ; ). I live on Market Street in Lowell, so if you want to get together for a play date I would really love that.  I have tried, rather unsuccessfully, at this point to start a play group.  I am free most days and up for most things. Hello Melody and Beth,

I am the mom to a son, 6, and daughter, 3, and also live in Lowell.  I belong to a great play group that meets twice a week-- Mondays and Thursdays, from 10:00 to noon.  It's at the Pawtucket Church on the corner of Mammoth Rd. and the river road across from McDonald's (it is not affliliated with the church).  It's a diverse group of families with children ranging from infant to 4 years old or so.  Check out the website and come on by!  http://tfcplayspace.weebly.com/
