Hello!  My name is Dalene and I'm just starting to ween my son Alan.  He just turned 1 on 9/5.  He has never had a bottle, I've never pumped.  He does drink from a sippy cup daily.  He used to nurse 4 times a day, now we are at 2-3 times a day.  Any tips or words of wisdom?  

You can try to give him milk (breast or cow's) in the sippy cup. Also, eliminate one more feeding per week until there are no more... keep the one that matters the most to him until last, like at bedtime. Congrats for making it to the one year mark! I'm 6 1/2 months in with my third son, it's amazing!
