Exercise!! It's not like I'm a health nut or in great shape or anything...but it does make me feel better when I am stressed or irritated b/c my pants are too tight or my daughter is driving me nuts! Kinda seems like a no-brainer, but sometimes when you are stressed, it's hard to know what to do but get angry, and you know that is a very unhealthy cycle...and difficult to break. :-)
Also, have you ever thought about hitting the gun range? Give it a shot...I guarantee you will like it.
