Hi everyone. I am kind of new here and new to this group. I am a 25 year-old new mother of a wonderful 5-month-old boy. Lucas is the best thing that has happened to me. He is everything. I love my pregnancy and the result of it. But one thing that I do not love it's my body. I really will like to get back into my pregnancy weight. I know is a process that needs work. So far I have been doing the elliptical for 20 minutes everyday and some mix of yoga and Pilates (my version of them) I really want to lose 20 lbs and stay fit what do you recommend I do. Ok I have a confession to make when I do not see any change on my body I get a little frustrated and kind of stop my exercise. Could you help me please? Thanks Paola
