Panic Attacks

Hi there, I'm Bonnie and new to this site. I'm 22 weeks pregnant and I have a scheduled c-section for 12/28/09. I'm extremely anxious because 18 years ago, I had a scheduled section, and had a panic attack when I felt my body start to freeze. Is there anything they can give me to prevent this from happening again?

You could elect to not get a csection. Vaginal birth, even after a csection,  is much safer than a repeat csection.
