After Breastfeeding

Well my daughter is weaning herself, its sad but shes 11 months and its her choice (she still likes cuddling and nursing but its down to like once a day)

anyways, now that shes done my milk is going - I was wondering if theres anything I can do about the sagging im experiancing now that the milk is leaving and theres nothing to help support me in that area anymore

thanks :)

I have breastfed 4 children and have sagging as well...(not now because I'm nursing my 4th)  I don't think there is anything that can be done.  I think the key is to have worn a good support bra throughout pregnancy and nursing and even a sleep bra at night.  They always say that support is so important and I didn't take it seriously.  I know a woman who followed the above advice and doesn't have sagging.  She put a bra on straight out of the shower.
