What to feed a dairy allergic toddler

I have a now 14 month old toddler.  A week after she turned one, I started giving her cow's milk.  She broke out in hives and the diarreah started.  After a week of this, I realized that it could possibly be the milk causing the problems (she was clingy, cranky, and just plain miserable like she was when at 4 months she decided that she did not want to be breastfed anymore.  I pumped and supplemented with formula and found that she could not tolerate similac or isomil.  Putting her on the nutramigen helped.)  So I stopped giving her the cow's milk and all of the problems went away.  A few days later, I attempted to reintroduce the cow's milk.  All of the problems returned.  Long story short.  I have been struggling to find things that she can eat.  She hasn't been wanting to eat much of anything lately.  I have found some things, but I can't keep giving her the same thing everyday.  She does eat fruits and veggies, especially bananas.  I found that she likes Jell-O.  Does anyone have a suggestion on a list of dairy free products.  I haven't been able to find a soy yogurt yet.  I found that she does like the rice spaghetti (I found that I like it better than regular spaghetti).

Try giving her Goat's Milk.  It is easier to digest then both soy milk and cow's milk.  A good brand is Meyenberg, you can usually get it at Walmart and some Targets.  If you can't find goat's milk, in your local grocery store, then stop by their dairy and see if they can order it for you.  You can also buy goats milk online and have it shipped to you if you google goat's milk prducts.

Oh man my son and my little cousin are allergic to milk. My son cant even touch eggs.  Its trick but not impossible. Have you visited the health food store yet? There are so many great alternatives there. I had written you a long detailed letter of them but my computer started acting crazy. Now my toddler is so I have to give you this short version. Try visiting the health food store first. Then if nothing catches your eye message me and I will try typing it again. Good luck. Talk to you later.
