Eliza's Birthday

My baby is 21 months old today! Holy toledo! I wanted to get everyone's input on what I've been thinking of doing for her party. Since her actual birthday (11/2) falls on a Monday, it would stand to reason that I would have her party on the closest Saturday. That Saturday happens to be Halloween! How does everyone feel about a before-nap party on Saturday morning? I was thinking a costume party so we could all get more use out of those Halloween costumes. Another option would be Sunday afternoon. Let me know what everyone thinks!

I love the idea of a halloween party. As long as its not to scary because you know lucas is a big chicken.LOL It sounds at this point that either day works.

Holy crap Mia that is SO. FAR. AWAY. I don't even know what I'm doing tomorrow, let alone three months from now. Good for you for the foresight! I have no input on dates or times because, like I said, I can barely get my stuff together to plan for the weekend. Wink

I'm not worried so much about pinning a day down, it's that some people might not want to go to a birthday party and trick or treating on the same day. I may have the foresight now but it'll be a week away and I'll be horribly unprepared. So I was just getting some input while I was thinking about it. I'm leaning toward Sunday just because then it can be in the afternoon. If I did it on Saturday, I'd do it before nap so everyone can be rested before trick or treating and everyone knows how mornings are for us.. lol.

I am with jodie on that one lol, but usually on halloween we do our family first in the afternoon because my mom sleeps evenings, but who knows what it will be like this year with sophia
