young baby group?

My daughter is only 3 months and I am staying home...anyone with babies in that age group interested in some play groups in the Annapolis/Edgewater area?  Michelle

My daughter is six and a half months old.  I'd be very interested in a play group in the annapolis area.

Oh my goodness...I just wrote a long reply and apparently I don't know how to use this site yet and I lost it! :)  LOL  It went something like this...

Thats great Julie!  Emme can't really 'play' much yet, but we have a Bumbo seat that sits her up so hopefully she can start to interact with other kids.  Would you be interested in meeting at the mall for a stroller walk or something?  We could even lay a blanket out in one of the kid areas to let them play.  I'm pretty flexible.  The only time I can't do this week is Friday until about 2pm, and Sunday.  Next week, anytime is good except the 16th and 17th.  Let me know if this sounds good or if there is something else you'd like to do.  Look forward to meeting you!  Michelle

Next week would be better for me.  And actually I've been trying to plan a gettogether with anne arundel mom's on babycenter.com.  I had suggested on there for July 15th (which I just realized is a week from today).  I think so far only one other mom has responded on baby center as being interested. We are going to meet at quiet waters so if you'd like to come it'd be great.  Or if wednesday doesn't work for you we could meet monday or tuesday just the two of us.

That sounds good, what time?

I thought 10 am would be good because it's not too hot yet.  I figured we could meet at the playground they have in quiet waters.  I'm not really sure how many people will be there because I did make it an open invite.  But I got a lot of people who said they couldn't come.

Sounds good to me...is there a specific place in the park?  I have never been there, but I looked it up on the Internet and it looks very nice...I think hubby and I will go to one of those free concerts.  And, awesome, military gets in free!

Sorry it took me a little to respond.  I was thinking the play ground at quiet waters would be a good place to meet.

I just found out that there are children camps going on at quiet waters during the week and the playground may be crowded.  I was thinking we could meet in the parking lot at the holly pavilion instead (it's the parking lots right before the ampatheater.
