quality time with each child

Hi ladies, today I was having lunch with my 2 and 4 year old while the 6 year old was at school, I was feeding the baby and my 4 year old says, "why do you love Noah more than you love me?" I am not surprised that he feels that way, I tend to spend more time with the 2 year old because of course he still needs to be watched more carefully and my 6 year old requires so much time with school work and sports, etc. Does anyone have any advice as to how I can manage my time better to have quality time with him?
