Hi,

I just moved to Mill Valley from the city and I would love to join a mom's group. I have a 7 month old son, Graham. We love going to the park, for walks and to the swimming pool. We don't know anyone in Mill Valley yet and are looking for friends to play with:-)

Welcome Heather!  We moved here about 2 years ago from the DC area.  People here are super friendly and you should have no trouble making a circle pretty quickly.  I have three kids, a 6 yo daughter, 3 yo son, and 17 mo old son.  Mill Valley Community Center has lots of great programs, and if you haven't yet joined the Southern Marin Mothers' Club, you should definitely check it out. 

Where are you in Mill Valley?  I'd be happy to get together with you for a walk or something once my bigger kids start camp in July, if you're interested.

Thanks for the information. I think I will join the Marin Mother's Club this week. Would love to go on a walk in July. Let's touch base in a few weeks. I live off E. Blithesdale a few blocks from Boyle Park. Maybe we can go to the park or grab a coffee downtown.
