Support for loosing the extra pounds

i need a little help please

Hello,

My name is Tasha, I have one baby boy who seems to never sleep. I do go for walks two to three times a week, but I like to lose my baby weight but I never seem to have time since my baby is so young. Does anyone know fast little exercises I can do through out the day instead of an hour long workout all at once.

Hi Tasha,

I know exactly how you feel! My daughter is turning 3 next month and I feel like it only gets worse trying to find the time and energy to exercise. I have a membership to an online fitness website called Make It Fit and I would recommend it. They have all sorts of options for exercise. Some workout videos are 10 minutes, others are 30, some are 45. They have a bunch of different types of classes like Yoga, Pilates, Abs, and strength stuff. You can watch the videos off your computer, print out workouts to take with you or download them to an iPod. That makes it easy to do when your son is sleeping or hanging out in a swing or bouncy cahir or something. I know they are running some kind of "Fitness Bailout" special and offering yearly memberships for only 99 cents/month. I believe you have to buy the entire year for that rate, but it's less than 12 dollars and is well worth the money. Hi Tasha,

I know exactly how you feel too! My son will turn 2 in July! He keeps me so busy I really do not have much time for me. There is a free web site www.sparkspeople.com it is a great website for diet plans, exercising, overall fitness and there is so much support on the website.
