My b/g twins are 19 months and I've been noticing that they have started to show signs that they are ready for potty training.  I have bought one potty but I think I may need two as they seem to 'go' at the same time and because they are territorial about their things. 

Can you share with me your tips on how you potty trained your twins? When (twins age) did you start?  How did it go?  Did you have two potties?  Did they have their own?
