Hi Single Parents -

A little bit of a change of pace this month - and hopefully an improvement.

Chelsea Piers is the first of a series of sponsors that I am lining up for our group! They are offering us a deeply discounted and custom play day just for us and our kids. We will meet at the Field House, in Studio A, where we will have plenty of space to meet & socialize with each other.

I think this is exciting because Chelsea Piers is giving us a pretty decent rate in exchange for an ad on our site. This is our first sponsor! The cost will be $15 per kid and parents are free! This works out pretty well when you figure that the CMOM and the Children's Museum of Art each charged $10 per parent and kid.

And especially when you figure that the regular cost at Chelsea Piers would run well over $1500.

Also exciting is that we'll have:

• Our own area to meet, give kids lunch, etc.
• Activities will be for kids of all ages
• There will be a coach there just for us
• It will just be us!

After that we can go the Park if it's nice or a movie if it's not and then Pizza plus soda for the kids and Pizza plus something a little stronger for the parents.

Now, for this to happen we need to get a minimum number of kids there so PLEASE RSVP EITHER WAY ASAP. This will be on the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend so I need to know now if we can do this.

Studio A connects to the Toddler Adventure Center, one of the finest toddler play areas in the city. Featuring state-of-the-art equipment, your kids will be in the perfect environment for exploration, learning, adventure and fun! The Toddler Adventure Center is designed for children ages 4 and under.

From 1pm - 2pm, a special Ultimate Challenge is planned! The Ultimate Challenge includes some of the most popular games to create a truly unique experience for your child. Games include tug-of-war, dodgeball, scooter races and more! We will lower the basketball nets for your young ones and batting cage tokens are available for purchase, as well. Please note: All ages can participate in the Ultimate Challenge and your child must be at least 5 years old to swing in the batting cages.
