Where do you live? Check out your local library. They may have sing-a-longs for children. Also check out local playground community boards...there may be postings for playgroups. I googled the name of my town&statefollwed by parents and was connected to 2 or 3 different local online groups and met other moms & kids that way. There are many free programs out there available for children....depending on your location and resources.
Check out local school bulletin boards and spend time at park/playgrounds-you are bound to meet other moms and children! Good luck! Best to you!
