Support for loosing the extra pounds

Goals????

I was just wondering what kind of goals everyone has.

My short term goal is 20 lbs.

My long term is about 50lbs.

Besides the goal in terms of pounds, the main goal is to learn to eat healthy and balanced food. It might make sense to have a session with a nutritionist (a good one) so that once the pounds start coming off they stay off.

Having said that my goal is 10 pounds off and more than that is not to take any additional one!

I would like to go hiking, camping or fishing.  If I have a fairly active life, I can loose weight.  Hiking is a great way to get in shape and loose weight.

Anyone in the Cleveland/Helen area?
