Hi -

We're planning to move to Torrance this summer (from CO) and would love to know what elementary schools you're happy with and why - as well as the schools we might want to stay away from.  My husband started a new job last month there, while I'm still here in CO with my 3 kids (gotta sell our house).  He's staying with family temporarily and we haven't settled on a specific area to live in Torrance just yet - so suggestions on that would be helpful as well.  My daughter will be in 3rd grade, son will be in 1st and my younger son has another year of preschool.  I've checked out greatschools.com already - but I believe that personal experience can sometimes be more helpful than how a school rated and their test scores (but I don't disregard that info either).  Any info is appreciated!
