yeah where do you live? I looked up playgroups in my areas where i lived on the computer and community boards ect. We have moved a couple of times to different states and it is always hard reestablishing playgroups and friends. I started by going to local parks and places like inside mall play areas. If I saw parents with children around the same age as my child I would ask how old their child was and start conversation about if they may be interested in getting together for a play group/ playdate. Most would exchange numbers then or I would just give them my number. It is hard but sometimes you just have to put yourself out there.
