Daycare problems

Ok so I'm a single mom, I work part-time casual mostly one day a week, sometimes full weeks. Right now my mother is watching my 2.5 year old on the one day a week, but she's not able to watch her more than that. My daughter is too busy for her. There is only one daycare in the area and it is a YWCA one. I have been home with my daughter exclusively until about 10 months ago when I separated from my husband. Financially I could use the money, but emotionally my daughter can't seem to handle the daycare situation. I sleep with her all night, she was held exclusively for all her naps until about age 18 months. She is still breastfeeding and through all our inconsistency in life she's had me as her comfort no special blanket, softee or soother. Now I'm expecting her to nap by herself in a strange place where people wont even cuddle her to sleep. She tells me how she cries when she's there. She's too young to know how it kills me to hear that, should I be worried about her there? They aren't warm and bubbly people, which I would expect from a daycare. I have no experience with daycares. Does anyone have any suggestions? Since she's only there mostly one day a week, she can't get into the routines of the daycare or get used to the people. Should I just pull her out and make do with grandma?
