hi i am new here but i understand everyone.my husband has told me he wont allow a divorce and he will take kids and give them to his mom and not allow me any contactif i attemot to get one. i wish i had money because i would pack the boys up in the car and go to another state (not tell anyone).

If you want to get a divorce, Im sure it is possible to get one. . even if he tries to put you through hell to get it, its possible. And he wont be able to keep the kids from you unless he violates court orders. When you file for divorce you would put in a request for custody as well. You have to specify whether you want it to be joint or sole custody. But if you are not working (not sure of your circumstances) they will most likely not grant you sole custody because you would have no way of supporting the kids. Just weigh your options and get as much info as possible before doing anything. Good luck.
