I have a hard time making Friends b/c I work from home.

I am not working from home full time so I am able to get out and socialize. But when and if I decide to stay home full time, it will be a little more difficult. There are a lot of play groups that would help you to meet other mothers. Church is also another great place to meet others. When working from home, you have to purposely put yourself in situations to meet other people. You may be able to find groups that get together with common interested, example: scrapbookers or crafters. They have craft classes at our local craft store all the time. So maybe you could join something like that. I hope this helps!

crystal, i am glad you decided to join raising them. i live in pinellas county fl. do you live anywhere near me? if so, we could "hang out" some time.  so ,also, what type of work do you do from home? i have always been looking for a ligit work i could do from home.(?)

Thanks Terses for your email. I live in Lebanon TN. A long way from FL lol. I run a home daycare. I was off today so I was trying to find a play group for my daughter and me or just friends. I work with kids all day but I need to talk to other moms in a non working manner.

hi crystal, sorry to hear you live far away from me; we can be friends "online then", if you would like?  do you go and get out with your daughter any? me and my son go out and do something fun at least once a day at parks,"play places",church,etc. we meet a lot of moms/parents that way! do you have a car? if you have a local library, that could be a place to go to meet people. well hang in there anyways; i know being around kids all day is tough!
