Hi I am a 23 year old single working mother of 4 my work schedule is never the same and my biggest problem is finding childcare for a situation like mine. Any suggestions????

I am not sure of the best suggestion because I have the same schedule everyday with work but look for care providers on Craiglist that allow for flexablity.  Although I have the same hours each day I have seen other kids that she watches come really early in the morning, stay late at night some even have overnights if needed. You just have to look for the care provideder that is willing to provide flexiblity.  Best of luch to you.
