Hi, I'm Tara, and my son, Alex, was just recently diagnosed with Autism.  He is only 15 months old, although I new for months that something wasn't right.  Some of his symptoms are no talking, pointing, or waving.  Loves spinning wheels on toys, strollers, or spinning bowls on his highchair.  I have a lot of trouble trying to feed him, and change his diapers.  He doesn't interact with other kids his age, and he doesn't answer to his name.  But he does give eye contact and smiles, and he's the cutest thing!  We just got started with early intervention, and today he went to his first music therapy class.  We also have an appt scheduled this afternoon with a DAN doctor.
