Hello everyone. I am new to the group. I am a single mother of a soon to be 4 year old little girl named Madison. Although, I love my daughter to death, I would like to meet some new people. For the most part, it is just her and I the time when I'm not working. Do you all have any suggestions on where I could go to meet someone?

Depends on what you are looking for. I found the internet a good start but you have to be careful to screen the people that approach you. If your looking for adults conversations... maybe an occasional outting... (believe me I NEEDED to escape the house once in a while...) So I headed the the local community centers near by... to see if there were any classes that I could take... even with my son. Church is a good place..... at the meetings they arranged, get togethers, the fund raiser and festivals.... I also met alot of people with the same interest as me... when I took up a few Salsa dance classes. Good luck.... the best way is to goooooo out there and greet, smile and show off your charming personality. You'd be surprised how many people will gravitate to you without going out of your comfort zone.
