Picky Eater

My daughter is almost 15 mths and still bf- she is quite a picky eater.  She will not be fed off of a spoon (always hated that)- and is really a texture eater (nothing mushy or slimy).  She doesn't eat that much and prefers to graze only a little at a time.  She has always been small- born 6 lbs 1 oz- and is in the 30%.  My doctor is stressing whole milk, but she won't drink it.  This is what she'll eat: pasta, rice, green beans, peas, chz puffs, cereal squares, grapes (sort of), cheese, mum mums (rice cakes), cookies, sometimes graham crackers, saltine crackers, and she loves pretzels.  Is that alot??? I only have my niece to compare who eats everything (and alot of it).  Any suggestions or people who can relate??

thanks in advance
