Tip of the day 4/14

Never skip breakfast - it helps jump start your metabolism and your day! In fact breakfast should be one of your largest meals of the day - eating breakfast WILL HELP you loose weight and give you more energy throughout the day. Don't stop at breakfast continue to fuel your body with 3-5 more small meals and always be aware of what you are eating, this means turning of the TV!

Eat clean and exercise dirty :)
