They won't sleep!

I'm having an issue with my boys and sleeping at night.  I have been blessed their whole lives, they have slept through the night since they were about 6 weeks old, but for some reason the past week they have been waking in the night and I'm getting no sleep!  They start waking about 10:30 and it goes on all night.  This morning my younger one was up at 3:30 wanting to watch TV and literally screamed bloody murder when I tried getting him back to sleep.  It's like his clock is off or something.

I enforce nap time and my younger one will nap but then the older one wakes him up because he won't nap.  I have tried separate rooms but then the older one tears up whatever room he is in...literally.  Kicks the walls, the door, throws things all over the place, will break whatever he can get his hands on.  When I ask him why he says because he's bored and doesn't want to nap.  I don't know what to do with them!

I have taken them to the doc to make sure they aren't sick and everything is fine, no ear infections, nothing!  I'm going on about 12 hours of sleep in the past week and on top of it I'm pregnant so I'm even more tired!  I'm so tired I'm nodding off while I drive my older one to preschool and we only live 3 minutes from his school.  I'm at a loss!!

If their molars are comming in try teething tablets they are homeopathic and work wonders.  But Honestly my 7yr old went through this he would get up in the middle of the night and go in the living room and watch tv until he felt tired again. I was be fusseled about what to do until someone suggessted  giving him some melatonion and man did it work Now if they don't drift off right away both of my kids will remember that they didn't take there night time meds. I of course asked their dr before giving this med and they said it was fine especially since it really doesn't cause them to sleep it just relaxes them enough so that their mind has time to slow down so they can sleep. I give my both of mine 5 mg at a time but then again my 7yr old is almost 5ft tall and weighs over 100lbs and my 4 yr old comes to his shoulder so they are both big kids they do make a 3mg pill as well.  At least it is something to think about.
