I think this will depend on what way she learns? I have one son that is a visual and auditory learner while the other son is more hands on and visual. With my hands on learner (He is only in first grade) I taught him adding and subtracting by making something like a hopscotch thing outside (when weather was nice of course) and had him hop from one number to the next to figure out adding and then go back for subtracting. My other son does better with actually seeing it being done or hearing how to do it. So it really depends on your child. Sorry I couldn't help more. |
