Awesome Baked Beans
1 lb mild sausage
1 bag pinto beans
1 can rotel
2 cans green chilis
5-8 Jalapenos (seeds and all)
1/4 small onion

Soak and drain beans overnight. Then rinse and place in a crockpot on low to start cooking. While they are cooking, brown sausage and drain. Chop onion and jalapenos. Add all ingrediants and cook til beans are tender. You have got some bake beans with a bite!!!

Well that sounds a little hot, Brandie!

That is what you said when I told you about them around Fathers Day. They are not hot, I wouldn't let the kiddos eat them. They have just enough bite. I make them for every BBQ we have. Everyone loves them and I have had to give the recipe to everyone! Trust me you will LOVE them.
